Every Estara lantern is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans before being shipped worldwide. We are committed to delivering every order safely and providing a smooth shopping experience from our workshop to your home.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- Other countries: 7–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, local courier services, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For eligible destinations, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
This helps provide a smoother delivery experience by reducing unexpected import charges upon delivery.
For destinations where duties and taxes cannot be collected in advance, customers may still be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their local authorities.

Estara is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed or lost during transit, please contact us.
We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
We'll review the case promptly and provide an appropriate solution.
